Lớp sức MẠNH- thể lực
Tại Trâu Vàng, mình muốn học viên hiểu về thể dục và tập luyện với sự chú tâm.
Nếu bạn muốn xây dựng 1 nền tảng thể chất sức mạnh - sự linh hoạt - kiểm soát để có thể làm chủ được cơ thể mình và tạo tiền đề cho bản thân khám phá nhiều bộ môn khác, lớp sức mạnh và thể lực sẽ phù hợp với bạn.
Tập sức mạnh thể lực là 1 quá trình mà không ai có thể hoàn toàn đảm bảo được kết quả, nhưng mình thấy các yếu tố sau sẽ ảnh hưởng đến việc bạn có đạt được kết quả mong muốn không
Tập trung vào ít mục tiêu
Tần suất tập luyện (Mỗi ngày 30 phút vẫn tốt hơn mỗi tuần 2 buổi 2 tiếng)
Cho bản thân thời gian (goal càng khó càng cần nhiều thời gian - nên thực tế 1 chút)
Lớp thể lực người lớn phù hợp với những ai muốn:
1. Xây dựng nền tảng sức mạnh toàn diện
2. Học các kỹ năng chuyển động mới
3. Hiểu thêm về khoa học thể thao và vận động
4. Tập với mục tiêu tăng hiệu suất thể thao
Lớp người lớn bạn sẽ tập những gì ?
Lóp người lớn sẽ được cá nhân hoá cho từng học viên
Bài tập sẽ được huấn luyện viên chuẩn bị cho mỗi cá nhân
Mỗi người sẽ có thể thoải mái tới lớp trong khung giờ lớp tập và sẽ tự làm theo bài tập được giao với sự giám sát của huấn luyện viên

I found Trâu Vàng Fitness (just 10 min walk from my workplace on Tân Trào street) by chance while looking at Google Map for a nearby gym. The 100% five-star rating made me curious. A bit skeptical actually. But after 3 months of training with Ngọc (about 3 times a week), I can vouch that it’s a total 5⭐!!! What sets Ngọc apart is how well he understands the body and how to train it properly. He doesn’t just focus on lifting weights—he mixes in all kinds of movements and equipment, from ring rows to push-ups, chin-ups, resistance bands, kettle belts and more. Every session is different and tailored to how I’m feeling that day. He’s all about building strength, mobility, and flexibility in a smart, dynamic, and injury free way. Oh yeah, for each session, you learn some movement skills that will make you AHA about how amazing the human body is built for both mobility and flexibility. It’s great to have a good, clean and well maintained shower since I always train during lunch time and needs to get back to work afterwards. The gym is private, clean, and super welcoming. If you're looking for a coach who really pays attention, keeps things interesting, and helps you move and feel better—not just look fit—this is the place.

I have been training on average 3 times per week with Ngọc for about five months. He has helped me to define my goals, establish and stick to a routine, and get to know and appreciate my strengths and weaknesses. Ngọc uses a combination of strength, endurance, flexibility and balance exercises, customised to my needs and goals. He regularly tests my fitness levels, and keeps a very close eye on my progress, bringing us both to understand my mental and physical limits. Ngọc is extremely well-read – both in exercise science and in general. His deep curiosity makes him a fun and entertaining interlocutor: he never tires of explaining in detail the breakdown of each exercise, its benefits and its challenges, as well the combination of exercises he chooses for each workout. He makes sure that every rest moment is also a learning moment – for the both of us. Never a dull moment! Ngọc is totally committed to his clients’ fitness needs. As someone who has trained for basketball at the highest level, he knows first-hand what élite athletes need to perform at their best. His chosen field of study – exercise science – is his passion, and he infuses this passion into his clients. One of my self-critiques while working with Ngọc is that I’ve come to depend a bit too much on him to keep me motivated and learning. He is my accountability buddy and my coach. Ideally, I would have the self-motivation and self-discipline to do the routines Ngọc has taught me on my own. I’m not there yet…
