MOVE ONE - WHAT’S NEXT
Congratulations and thank you for going through Rings One! We hope you’ve gotten a lot out of this program.
Once you’ve finished R1, if you don’t already have a good idea of your next step, you’ll probably want to know where to go from here.
Here are several options we recommend.
Continue Your Rings Journey
Many people find they’re not quite ready to move on from the rings just yet once they finish R1 – understandably! If you’re in that boat, you’ve got a couple of options.
One is to go through R1 again, which our clients pretty commonly do. If you went through the Level A program, starting from the beginning at the Level B program is a great option, as it will help you take those skills further and prepare you for the next step. If you went through the Level B program, however, we recommend moving on to our advanced rings training program, Rings Two.
R2 is an advanced-level program for building up to difficult gymnastic rings skills like levers and the iron cross.

Go Back to the Basics to Improve Your Fundamental Movement
Even if you’re already strong (and we’re willing to bet you’ve built a lot of strength with R1), there’s always a benefit in going back to the fundamental movement patterns to even out and level up your foundational body skills.
Elements is our in depth, focused program that equally addresses strength, flexibility, and motor control, through locomotive patterns. It’s quite a different emphasis from R1 and could be a refreshing change from the equipment.

Limber Up by Working on Your Flexibility
Flexibility is an important part of all of our programs, and R1 is no exception. However, while the flexibility work included in R1 is specific for the program, it isn’t necessarily specific to your needs.
If you have issues with being tight in certain areas, our program Focused Flexibility is customizable, so that you can really hone in on the things you need to work on. If you’re still working through R1 but would like to also work on your flexibility, Focused Flexibility only takes a few minutes a day, so the two programs can be worked on simultaneously.

Work on Your Strength Foundation
Some people find it beneficial, even after going through Rings One and building the strength that goes along with that, to go back and focus on filling in any gaps in their strength development.
Our program Integral Strength is an 8-week program built around progressive cycles, that will help you fill in those gaps.
The benefit of creating a strong foundation is it makes it far easier to move on to more advanced programs or skills when you’re ready. And since Integral Strength is just 8 weeks long, it’s a good program to work on after Rings One, before you start whatever’s next.
