PHASE 4 - SUMMARY

The third phase of R1 entailed putting together all of these skills into various combinations. In this phase you did full body work and really got to play with the rings and see why they are such powerful performance tools.

Phase Three marked a significant change from the first 9 weeks of R1, and is a great example of how movement combinations and an emphasis on the Quality of how you move improves your strength and agility. This is a distinctly different method of training than basic calisthenics and allows you to do so much more with your body
