INTROSPECTION

One of the most important parts of this practice is being able to introspect and analyze what’s going on in your body.

  • Your first phase of rings training is complete. How did it compare to the other types of workouts you’ve done in the past?

  • What changes are you seeing in your daily life now? What do you notice is easier to do?

  • Is there any movement in particular you want to improve yourself the most on? Why is that?
