INTROSPECTION
One of the most important parts of this practice is being able to introspect and analyze what’s going on in your body.
Your first phase of rings training is complete. How did it compare to the other types of workouts you’ve done in the past?
What changes are you seeing in your daily life now? What do you notice is easier to do?
Is there any movement in particular you want to improve yourself the most on? Why is that?
